We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications (Senior Lead Field Mobile Developer) to join Applications Development & Intelligence Automation - CAT IT Division The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN office - Whitefield, KA-India What you will do A Senior Mobile Developer (Field/Field Service Focus) leads the design, development, and implementation of robust mobile applications, ensuring high performance, stability, and offline functionality for field-based teams. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive UIs, mentor junior developers, and implement cutting-edge technology to optimize field operations Technical Leadership:  Lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications (.Net Core, .Net Framework, WinForms, WPF ASP.NET, MVC, MVVM, MS SQL,REST, JavaScript, jQuery, EF Core) tailored for field operations. Offline Capability:  Develop features that support data synchronization and functionality in low-connectivity environments. Optimization:  Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and ensure the high performance and responsiveness of mobile apps. Collaboration:  Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs, and with product teams to translate user requirements into functional code. Mentorship:  Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality, documented code  What you will have  Overall, of 8 years’ experience with bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in mobile application development. Proven portfolio of deployed Android/iOS applications This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office. Shift Timing: 01:00-10:00PM IST (EMEA Shift) Skills desired: Languages : Expert-level proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .Net Core, .Net Framework, MS SQL, XAML Platforms & Tools:  Strong understanding of Entity Framework Core with MS SQL Server and version control systems like Git. API & Data : Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and local storage (MS SQL Loca Database). Architecture : Experience with MVVM or MVP architectural patterns.
