Job Overview
Oversees day-to-day operations to manufacture products to the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards. Job Requirements
Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process Manage the production team so that scheduled goals are met Increase motivation and work efficiency Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands with flexible organization Monitor dashboard of his KPI’s Develop talent of his collaborators Assist and act on capacity studies of customer volumes Insure that TEOA tools are used in shop floor everywhere Follow the legislation and internal policies in the area of EHS and environmental protection. Maintain a clean, safe and injury-free work environment by ensuring health and safety procedures are understood and executed by all employees Know the different H&S risks and environmental aspects related to the activity under your responsibility. Ensure compliance with the EHS instructions of your staff (wearing PPE, compliance with product MSDS, use of appropriate devices and equipment, etc.) Empower your staff to obtain feedback on EHS and environment malfunctions and anomalies, and informs the line manager and the EHS team. What your background should look like
Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field). Min 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable assembly, automotive, electronics, or related industries. Proven experience in production supervision, team leadership, and manufacturing operations management. Strong knowledge of assembly processes, production planning, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to monitor production performance, coordinate resources, and ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. Good understanding of manufacturing KPIs, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams. Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Competencies
