Crowe is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This hands-on role will focus on developing enterprise applications, automating business processes, integrating external systems, and delivering high-quality solutions that enable clients to maximize the value of the Now Platform. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with consulting skills and enjoys solving complex business challenges through innovative platform development.

Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform using platform development best practices. Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and reusable components leveraging JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other platform capabilities. Configure and extend ServiceNow applications, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, IRM, and custom applications based on client requirements. Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with internal and third-party enterprise systems. Design and optimize Service Catalog offerings, workflows, record producers, and self-service experiences using Employee Center, Service Portal, and UI Builder. Build and support Workspace experiences, Next Experience components, and mobile capabilities. Design and maintain data models, CMDB structures, and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) relationships where applicable. Implement platform security using ACLs, application scoping, roles, and security best practices. Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to develop scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-friendly platform solutions. Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans using Agile methodologies. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex platform issues, optimize performance, and support testing and deployment activities. Utilize
