Purpose Responsible for company's administrative logistics management, organize the company's administrative activities carried out smoothly and do a good job in the company's daily logistical support under the company's policy and management ideas. In charge of internal and external business activities, cooperation with government; maintain internal and external networks, including creating a better environment to support Pfizer business. Responsibility scope Office administration 1. Provide administrative support for all departments, to maintain the order of the administrative work of the factory. 2. Daily work of Administration Specialist. 3. Affairs assigned by Operation Director. 4. Draft notification, system, and SOP of administrative. 5. Organize big events of the company. 6. Play the role of a communication bridge between managers and subordinates. 7. Manage the company's various licenses and seal. 8. Manage the office supplies and office equipment. 9. Schedule factory vehicles and arrange driver’s work. 10. To be responsible for plant health. 11. To be responsible for locker room. 12. Coordinate staff dining. 13. To be responsible for employees’ on-board and exit process. 14. Support for audit and tendering. Public Affairs 1. To select information from various authorities as the basis of political challenges and opportunities for Pfizer, and to give timely suggestions to the site lead to support site operations; to formulate plans and take measures for a better business environment and wider opportunities. 2. To participate in the formulation and implementation of local government relations strategies and plans, strive for the declaration of corporate honor, government support and award projects to promote the establishment of a good business environment through. 3. To lead and support all departments in external business in order to achieve site goals. 4. Work with the Pfizer Public Affairs team, to participate in internal and external business activities, government conferences, social voluntary work etc., in order to exert positive influence on stakeholders and to build a good corporate image among the public. 5. Coordinate with Pfizer's Public Affairs team and Communications team to coordinate and manage the government visits and interviews from the media. Job requirements Education level/experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years working experience in manufacturing administrative logistics management with good English communication skills and computer operation skills. Knowledge/Skill: Strong communication, coordination skills and teamwork spirit Have a certain ability training Fluent in written and verbal English. Have strong ability of communication, coordination and customer service consciousness Familiar with the political environment, operation rules and procedures, political language or working background of governments. Understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry and related policies. Understanding of Government sectors and other stakeholders.
