Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Quality, and suppliers, you will play a key role in bringing new products into production, improving existing processes, and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities Re-industrialize product modifications and changes for serial production. Participate in customer proposal reviews and assess technical solutions and manufacturing feasibility. Define and implement industrialization plans for new products, including PFMEA, process development, project costing, and drawing reviews. Create and maintain manufacturing and testing work instructions, procedures, and routings. Specify, monitor, and support the design of assembly tools and production fixtures. Participate in the definition and validation of production testing processes, including test equipment specifications, test protocols, and ATP approval. Train and support production teams in the use of manufacturing methods and production tools. Maintain routings, bills of materials, and manufacturing resources within the ERP system. Support production teams in problem-solving activities using continuous improvement methodologies (QRQC, 5 Why, A3, etc.). Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, quality, ergonomics, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. Travel Up to 10% travel (if required).

Engineering degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or industrialization role within the aerospace and/or mechanical industry. Proficiency with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as QRQC, Kaizen, 5S, and DMAIC. Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of EN9100 / AS9100 quality standards. Experience using Oracle R12 ERP systems. Experience in low-volume, high-mix production environments. Knowledge of Oracle databases and VBA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
