About you and this role As an Information Technology Analyst you will design, develop, and support solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements. Work in a business process, enabling, or implementation team, and applies general knowledge of Information Systems, which is typically developed through formal education. In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding. It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance impacts your own work with limited impact on your team. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role. Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas. Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build objects which meet requirements. Documents detailed designs. Builds, tests and implements application objects. Assists with issue resolution. Helps ensure that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term product/system vision.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Your Skills Experience with order to cash and customer service business processes (order management, case management, etc.) Experience with design and configuration of SAP ERP (SD module) , and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology platforms. Experience with Functional designs, working with ABAP team. Experience with system integrations, configuration, data management, and troubleshooting complex application issues. Experience with SAP ECC with a focus in Sales & Distribution (SD) configuration and processes. Additional notes This position does not offer relocation assistance.
