The job holder is responsible for planning, leading and executing all activities associated with the delivery of commercial aircraft cabin modifications of Airbus aircraft in service.  The Senior STC Project Manager works closely with Airline Customers, maintenance facilities (MRO’s) and internal Airbus STC solutions engineering and supply chain experts to deliver an end to end solution for the Airline. Your challenges: Manage a portfolio of small/medium/large cabin STC projects in front of Customers from contract signature until project closure.  Develop comprehensive project plans and master schedules, including timelines, milestones, and critical paths. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, ensuring milestones are met. Accountable for the timely delivery of a complete, accurate cabin solution to the Customer.  Give visibility to all project members/stakeholders according to the project progress. When required, assist the Customer preparing the upgrade solution embodiment and support the embodiment phase. Provide support to Offer Managers for new offers and generate delta offers. Conduct continuous risk / opportunity assessments, developing mitigation strategies when required. Contribute to the Airbus upgrade organization profitability and manage the P&L for the individual projects, including execution within the predefined budget and invoicing. Provide technical support to sales to ensure offers Customer acceptance in accordance with AOP targets. Lead projects cross-functional teams consisting of engineering, supply chain, certification.
