We are looking for candidates to join EY Technology Consulting for exciting client projects focused on Microsoft technologies and digital transformation. Whether your interest lies in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, or emerging AI-powered solutions, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to business transformation initiatives across various industries. Your key responsibilities

Assist in technology-enabled business transformation and consulting projects utilizing Microsoft solutions

Support in analyzing and designing business processes, develop information systems concepts, architecture and design Help in assessment & improvement of technologies management within various organizations Establish relationships with teams Continuously learn new technologies and business concepts in a rapidly evolving environment

Skills and attributes for success This position will require strong interpersonal as well as analytical and critical thinking skills. You will be a part of international team, thus communication and collaboration skills is a foundation for You to succeed.   To qualify for the role you must have

Zero to some experience with Microsoft technologies is desirable

Academic-level understanding and a strong motivation to learn are also welcomed

University or equivalent degree, preferably in Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or other relevant disciplines

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Language skills: English and Lithuanian

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Dedicated, innovative and solution-oriented mindset

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience in business requirements analysis.

Exposure to one or more Microsoft solutions, such as:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions
