Where You’ll Make a Difference Administer, monitor, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, wireless LAN controllers, and access points across the enterprise environment. Investigate and resolve LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, and connectivity issues while ensuring minimal business disruption. Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP to ensure optimal network performance. Manage and troubleshoot wireless LAN infrastructure, including access points and wireless LAN controllers (WLCs). Support network security technologies and authentication protocols such as TACACS+, RADIUS, and 802.1X. Support data center networking environments, including F5 Load Balancers and Citrix NetScaler, while ensuring high availability and reliability. Utilize monitoring tools such as HP NNM and SolarWinds to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues. Configure and maintain SD-WAN environments, including underlay connectivity using broadband, 4G, and 5G WAN technologies. Prepare and update High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), network diagrams, Visio schematics, operational procedures, and transformation documentation. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or any other related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network support, or administration. Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, Cisco IOS, wireless LAN controllers (WLCs), and access points. Strong understanding of the OSI Model and TCP/IP protocol suite, including IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, and TFTP. Experience configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP. Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting wireless LAN environments, including access points and wireless LAN controllers. Ability to prepare High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), Visio network diagrams, and infrastructure documentation. Strong problem-solving and incident management skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, and preferably CCNA/CCNP certification. Effective listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills. How Would You Stand Out? Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues independently Understanding of Data Center networking and load balancer is a plus. CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred. Why Choose Us?
