México and ACAC Property & Facilities Manager

You will lead end-to-end Property & Facilities Management for Mexico and ACAC, aligning site delivery to Line of Business needs and ensuring full compliance with Global Real Estate (GRE) standards. You will serve as the local SPOC and integrator across GRE partners to deliver disciplined execution across scope/schedule/cost/quality/EHS and a strong internal client experience.

You will own sub-regional facilities and workplace delivery priorities, ensuring consistent service, standards, and governance. You will act as the local SPOC for LOB stakeholders and coordinate “One GRE” execution across functional partners. You will provide oversight across the project lifecycle, ensuring risks, timelines, budgets, and quality are tightly managed. You will drive approvals and financial controls (Project Charters, TFAs, CERPs) with transparent reporting and escalation. You will lead, coach, and develop Program Management resources (where applicable) and strengthen vendor performance. You will establish clear metrics and executive reporting on delivery status, key risks, milestones, and budget. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills. You have 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities, engineering, or program/project management in complex, multi-site environments. You bring strong knowledge of workplace/space standards, facilities delivery disciplines, and program governance. You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to influence senior leaders. You communicate clearly in writing and verbally and operate with strong rigor on controls, compliance, and execution. You can manage multiple initiatives under tight timelines and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You have robust analytical, coordination, and execution skills with high attention to detail.
