This role reports directly to the Sourcing & Procurement Team Leader and involves supporting the Procurement team across all regions with Purchase Order (PO) dispatch operations and ServiceNow ticket management. Developing and updating key tools and resources to support the business will add value and efficiency to JLL and its Clients. Manage and process PO dispatch requests in a timely and accurate manner to meet business requirements Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets related to procurement inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution and escalation when necessary Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding PO dispatch procedures and system navigation Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally to facilitate smooth PO processing and issue resolution Maintain up-to-date and accurate records/logs of PO dispatch activities and ServiceNow ticket correspondences Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate priority issues with appropriate follow-up Develop an understanding of the business environment in which JLL operates Proactively develop and maintain effective internal relationships to facilitate the achievement of business goals Work with internal stakeholders to achieve value-based outcomes and minimize risk to JLL Support ad-hoc projects as required Performance Objectives The Analyst will be measured against the following key objectives: Provide support to our Procurement team across all regions Ability to monitor and deliver timely responses to meet business demands Able to manage multiple competing priorities with a high-level attention to detail Sense of urgency, self-starter Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, internal customers, management, and peers Maintain up-to-date and accurate records/logs of correspondences and documentation Identify and escalate priority issues, follow-up where necessary Support ad-hoc projects Key Skills Personal Effectiveness: Sets targets for self, and monitors and manages own performance with guidance from direct supervisor Monitors progress against own performance measures and achieves results with regular consultation from direct supervisor Decision Making: Makes suggestions for solutions that resolve problems or improve operations Actively searches out improvement opportunities and implements them after consulting on strategy and options with direct supervisor Relationship Building: Conducts open, collaborative relations with superiors, peers, and clients Gains respect of JLL people and clients Ability to manage and see links across a diverse range of activities Communication: Communicates effectively with superiors, peers, and clients Listens effectively and communicates through actions and example Strong communications and relationship skills with the ability to relate to, understand, and command respect from subject matter experts Well-developed internal consulting skills, displaying strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Technical & Functional Skills: Work experience as a customer support professional who can handle both call and email requests Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives, and JLL stakeholders A good eye for detail Sound written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity and complex problems Demonstrated ability to manage multiple
