Shipping/Receiving Clerk Receiving Clerk Receiving is a key part of our business. Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, a Receiving Clerk is responsible for unloading delivery truck, receive product into system, delivering production materials and supplies. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, this is the role for you. Successful candidates will have some prior experience in materials.
What You Will Do
Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory. Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies. Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs. Receive product from vendors and unload trucks at the loading dock. Compare packing lists to purchase orders to ensure product matches Enter purchase orders into system, work with purchasing team on any issues What You Need to Succeed: 6 months to 1-year material handling equipment experience in the last 3 years in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Operate equipment based on department requirements. In addition, you ideally bring outstanding organizational and communication skills, but if not, we will happily provide the training and support you need to be successful!
