To accelerate our ability to serve patients around the world, we must unleash the power of technology.  We are committed to being at the forefront of transforming the way medicine is made and delivered by harnessing the power of computer and data science, artificial intelligence, and other technologies to promote scientific discovery, faster decision making, and enhanced patient care.      As a Scrum Master I for the Commercialization Content Capabilities team based out of our BMS Hyderabad you are part of the Commercialization IT team that builds best in class marketing solutions to help our customers with the capabilities that help accelerate the solutions for marketers to use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the agile development process of products by facilitating communication and collaboration between the development team, stakeholders, and product owners. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing tool / products are delivered on time and within budget.

Facilitating agile processes: Facilitating agile processes for the development team, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.   Managing the backlog: Managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and prioritized based on stakeholder needs and requirements.   Removing impediments: Identifying and removing impediments that may prevent the development team from completing their work on time and within budget.   Facilitating communication: Facilitating communication and collaboration between the development team, stakeholders, and product owners to ensure that everyone is aligned on project goals, timelines, and requirements   Managing risks: Identifying and managing risks that may impact project delivery and proactively communicating these risks to stakeholders.   Coaching and mentoring: Coaching and mentoring the development team on agile methodologies and best practices to ensure that they are continuously improving their skills and knowledge.   Performance tracking: Tracking project performance metrics, including velocity, burn-down rate, and team capacity, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.   Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight   Prior experience working in an Agile/Product based environment   Provides strategic feedback to vendors on service delivery and balances workload
