The core activities of team include design, development, purification, conjugation, and testing of antibodies in a variety of immunoassay applications using groundbreaking tools and technologies. The goal of the program is recombinant antibody development and creation of product-specific information to promote research use. Key Responsibilities ·        Design and execute immunoassays to support antibody development and validation programs. ·        Meticulous experimental planning and execution to meet program goals. ·        Timely record-keeping of results into data sheets and laboratory notebooks. ·        Attention to detail and adherence to schedules. ·        Communicate results clearly—in team meetings, written reports, and data presentations. ·        Regular mining of literature and keeping oneself up to date with developments in the field of antibody development. ·        Troubleshoot technical challenges and propose practical solutions to keep projects moving. Qualifications & Experience Education Applicants should hold a degree in a relevant life sciences discipline (protein biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or a related field) at one of the following levels: ·        PhD (graduated within the last year) ·        Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant research experience Technical Skills & Experience ·        Immunoassay Applications : Demonstrated experience in immunoassay development and application testing, including ELISA, Western Blotting, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP), and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Advanced expertise in microscopy, spatial biology platforms, and multiplexed IHC/IF/ISH, with experience developing and analyzing high-content tissue imaging assays for protein expression and cellular phenotyping is highly advantageous. ·        Bioinformatics, Programming & AI literacy : Proficiency in Python, R, bioinformatics/computational biology and statistical tools like Pymol, Chimera, BLAST, Alphafold, ggplot etc. Proficiency in deep learning models and/or knowledge of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and experience in implementing these tools to biological questions is highly desirable. ·         Molecular Biology : Solid foundation in molecular biology techniques including nucleic acid extraction, PCR, cloning, sequence analysis, and vector design. ·        Cell Culture Techniques : Practical experience in standard mammalian or other specialized cell culture techniques supporting protein expression, antibody production, or related workflows. ·        Antibody Development
