Comcast is seeking a senior leader to help shape and accelerate enterprise AI transformation across the company’s highest-priority business areas. This is a highly visible role with significant executive exposure and the opportunity to influence how one of the world’s leading media, technology, and connectivity companies applies AI to transform how work gets done, how decisions are made, and how value is delivered to customers, employees, and the business.

As part of the AI Strategy & Transformation team, you will partner with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to identify high-value opportunities, define future-state operating models, and turn emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable business impact. The focus of the role will evolve as enterprise priorities shift, requiring a leader who can quickly ramp across domains, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and lead teams through complex, ambiguous transformation efforts.

AI is reshaping how large companies   operate , compete, and create value. This role is designed for a leader who is energized by that shift and capable of helping senior leaders move beyond experimentation toward meaningful transformation.   You will lead efforts that go beyond individual AI use cases, focusing instead on how AI can fundamentally improve business processes, operating models, decision-making, employee productivity, and customer outcomes. You will work across business, product, technology, data, and functional teams to frame opportunities, align stakeholders, build transformation roadmaps, and drive execution.   Success requires a rare combination of strategic clarity, business judgment, AI fluency, and operational discipline. You should be comfortable advising executives, structuring ambiguous problems, translating complex AI concepts into business language, and guiding teams from early-stage ideas to adopted, scalable outcomes.   This is not a theoretical strategy role. The mandate is to help the business act: to clarify where AI matters most, define what needs to change, and ensure transformation efforts are practical, executable, and owned by the business.
