Customer Service Analyst 1-Support

The associate working on this role will follow configuration work plans to configure solution functionality and components in production and non-production environments. You will gather requirements and determine scope of work to estimate delivery effort and delivery timeframes and apply change management processes throughout service request life cycle. In this role, you will troubleshoot and validate configurations to ensure successful implementation in client domains and communicate effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. The candidates need to be willing to work on on-call support and open to work in different shifts including 5:30 PM IST TO 2:30 AM IST.
