Location / Division Specific Information This position is located at the High Point, North Carolina manufacturing site and is part of the Post Production Operations team. The site supports pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations in a cGMP-regulated environment, delivering high-quality products while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence. How Will You Make an Impact? As a Post Production Lead, you will provide day-to-day leadership for production associates by coordinating staffing, equipment, materials, and production schedules to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives. Your leadership will help ensure compliance with cGMP requirements while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across post-production operations. A Day in the Life Coordinate daily production activities by assigning associates, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring inspection and packaging operations meet quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals. Review Batch Production Records (BPRs), production documentation, SAP transactions, and production metrics while investigating deviations, documenting events, and supporting CAPA activities in TrackWise. Lead shift activities by conducting training, monitoring equipment readiness, verifying line clearances, supporting inventory management, and collaborating with Quality Assurance, Validation, Technical Services, and Manufacturing leadership.

Education

High School diploma or GED is required Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a related industrial environment. Experience leading work assignments, coordinating production activities, or serving as a team or shift lead. Experience working with production documentation and computerized manufacturing systems. Preferred: Experience in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing environment. Experience with SAP, TrackWise, Batch Production Records (BPRs), inventory control, and production scheduling. Previous project leadership or team leadership experience. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate production teams, conduct training, and effectively communicate across multiple departments. Working knowledge of cGMP requirements, manufacturing documentation, Batch Production Records, SAP, production scheduling, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work, make sound operational decisions, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of quality and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and use hands while performing production activities. Frequently required to lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with moving mechanical equipment and varying noise levels.
