Aftersales Support Technical Analyst (m/w/d) am Standort Kiel Vergütung ERA 8: 4633,00 € brutto Ihre Tätigkeit:   technische Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Aufträgen für alle Motorbaureihen Entwicklung kundenorientierter Ersatzteil- und Retrofit-Lösungen sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Vertrieb, Engineering und internationalen Standorten Abwicklung des technischen Schriftverkehrs mit Dealern, Direktkunden, Zulieferern in Deutsch und Englisch Erarbeitung von Lösungen für Aufträge abweichend vom Standard 24/7 Notdienst (Rufbereitschaft/Bereitschaftsdienst) ca. 4-6 Tage/Monat Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Reports Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Mitwirkung bei Problemlösungen Vertretung im Team bei Urlaub / ungeplante Abwesenheit Teilnahme an 6Sigma Projekten Ihr Profil :   Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, Technikerausbildung oder Hochschulausbildung wünschenswert Gute Kenntnisse in Office 365 (insbesondere Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook etc.) Stressresistenz und Flexibilität bei sich stetig ändernder Prioritätensetzung Erfahrungen im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Dokumentationen Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ausgeprägte MaK HOST Kenntnisse erwünscht => PIDS, TSTV, REAV, ARCH, KVLL Ausgeprägte Motorenkenntnisse Analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektarbeit / Projektmanagement wünschenswert     Base Minimum Pay: €1,926.13   Please note that salary is only one component of the total compensation and benefit package available at Caterpillar.                 Posting Dates: July 28, 2026 - August 15, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to apply.
