The role applies legal process knowledge, confidentiality requirements, and established procedures to support legal practice groups including Labor and Employment, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Commercial, and other areas as assigned. The position coordinates legal requests, updates legal systems, and maintains matter-related records to support timely, accurate, and compliant legal department operations. The role works with internal legal stakeholders and external systems to support consistent execution of standard legal processes.   You will report to the Manager, Paralegal Litigation.   This is a hybrid position that is based onsite in Lake Forest 3 days a week.
