Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Assistant Director of Clinical Services to join our team of professionals who are dedicated to providing help and hope to individuals and families for the achievement of improving their mental health. The Assistant Director of Clinical Services directs and manages an effective organization-wide clinical service delivery system ; develops implements, and supervises a quality social services program and other clinical services for psychiatric patients and their families, spouse, significant other; to serve as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization’s treatment program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to psychiatric and/or chemically dependent patients and their families; Develops and administers a comprehensive partial organization program that responds to the community’s needs and supports the organization’s overall mission, philosophy, and goals. Integrates the management of the partial system into the Behavioral Health System‘s continuum of care under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
