Position Summary
Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You’ll Do As a Consultant, Grants Lifecycle Management on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for: Support the engagement team in evaluating business process, financial, and technology risks. Conduct research, analyze data, and develop reports and materials to help define client issues and recommendations. Participate in operational and risk assessments, including the evaluation of performance measures and indicators. Assist with process improvement efforts, including process modeling, documentation, and current-state and future-state analysis. Contribute to benchmarking, regulatory risk management, and other finance transformation activities that support client program objectives. Qualifications
Required : Bachelor’s degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 2+ years of professional consulting or client-facing experience 2+ years supporting ERP implementation projects, technology transformation initiatives, data analytics initiatives, or business process improvement efforts. 2+ years experience working with advanced Excel functions, PowerPoint or AI-enabled tools Ability to work onsite full time in Omaha and travel regularly to client locations in Lincoln, Nebraska Preferred: Experience with grants management or grants lifecycle management. Experience supporting finance transformation, budgeting, financial reporting, accounting operations, program finance. PMP or other consulting/project management certifications. Familiarity with reporting, business intelligence, EPM, or ERP
