As businesses accelerate digital adoption, effective Project Management Offices (PMOs) play a critical role in the timely and successful implementation of new technologies. At EY, you’ll be part of a team enabling large scale transformation programs across industries. You will help clients deliver strategic initiatives with clarity, structure, and measurable outcomes. Working across business, technology, and leadership teams, you will support program delivery, improve processes, and drive transparency that empowers decision making. As a PMO professional, you will drive projects forward, turning theoretical designs into real-world, real-impact solutions. Working alongside teams of technical and business specialists, you will help to ensure that complex technology implementations are well governed, well executed, and serve the requirements of our clients. Your key responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong understanding of core project management concepts and a keen interest in supporting structured delivery across complex initiatives Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of PMO processes, standards, and governance frameworks, ensuring consistency and quality across projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, prepare project documentation, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records such as RAID logs, plans, and status reports. Assist in creating clear, concise, and visually compelling program materials including dashboards, presentations, and executive reporting that communicate delivery progress effectively. Help coordinate and facilitate key project and program meetings Break down complex program information into structured components, supporting analysis of risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needs. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and helping to refine PMO tools, templates, and ways of working. Stay proactive in seeking feedback, continuously improving, and contributing to a culture of innovation and transformation.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A university degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Basic experience of project management and PMO concepts, such as scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and governance structures Awareness of common delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models) and an interest in learning how they apply to real-world transformation programs. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and collaborate across teams.
