Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nWe\u2019re seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Manager to lead complex industrial and electrical projects. In this role, you\u2019ll be the driving force behind project execution\u2014ensuring every phase runs smoothly, safely, and successfully. You\u2019ll collaborate across teams, manage resources, and serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.\n\n\u2022 Lead full-cycle project delivery\u2014from planning and budgeting to scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management \n\u2022 Conduct thorough reviews of technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during project handoff \n\u2022 Leverage project management tools and software to track milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure on-site execution stays on course \n\u2022 Facilitate and lead project meetings, maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders \n\u2022 Coordinate Eaton\u2019s work around other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption \n\u2022 Manage project closeout activities including punch lists, issue resolution, warranty handoff, and transition to ownership \n\u2022 Act as the primary on-site contact for all EESS-related activities throughout the project lifecycle \n\u2022 Partner with District Operations to promote and enforce safety initiatives across all job sites \n\u2022 Oversee financial performance through cost control, change order management, and risk mitigation \n\u2022 Collaborate with commercial operations, sales engineers, and technical support teams to align client expectations with project deliverables \n\u2022 Implement strategic program-level changes and initiatives from the Strategic Operations team \n\u2022 Mentor and guide team members, sharing expertise in project management and operational excellence to build team capability\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum 10 years progressive experience in construction management, site supervision or project coordination, including at least 5 years leading electrical, industrial or general construction projects OR Bachelor\u0027s degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant construction management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.\n * This role is designated as a Regular Driver per Eaton\u2019s Driver Safety Policy and requires a valid driver\u0027s license with an acceptable driving record.
