Responsibilities: - Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and automate acceptance criteria for product quality. - Build robust and scalable automation solutions for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Participate in product requirement reviews and technical design reviews to identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle. - Develop reusable testing tools, frameworks, and scripts to improve team efficiency and reduce repetitive efforts. - Analyze quality bottlenecks and continuously improve test strategy, infrastructure, and engineering processes. - Contribute to AI testing practices, including validating AI-enabled features, improving intelligent test generation, or using AI-assisted workflows to enhance testing effectiveness.
