The Pratt & Whitney Total Rewards organization is seeking a high-energy, self-starting business professional to support processes impacting executive data and programs for assigned business unit.
What You Will Do
Track and own all executive transactions for Pratt & Whitney Provide top-notch professional customer support to business unit HR and executives Prepare materials for executive transaction approval Support the executive compensation planning process Own and maintain executive leveling process for Pratt & Whitney Manage executive hire and departure process Liaise with DT, payroll, and tax teams to ensure accurate data maintained and processed Update and maintain employee files and records, and maintain utmost confidentiality Support executive data reporting requests Conduct executive data audits Submit and track special payment requests Update and maintain standard work and related documentation Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree This job requires a U.S. Person. Qualifications
We Prefer: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar Professional human resources or compensation certification(s) Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and quality; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Proficient in Microsoft applications including: Word, Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), and PowerPoint Able to work with highly sensitive and confidential material; possesses good business judgment and ethics Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Prior Human Resources experience preferred; benefits and/or payroll experience a plus Learn More & Apply Now: What is my role type?
