We have an exciting opportunity to join L3Harris team as a Sr Specialist, Program Financial Analyst. Duties of the job include:

• Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management. Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight. Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.  Responsible for all aspects of maintaining the Earned Value Management data integrity for multiple programs utilizing the Cobra and SAP toolsets including:• Forecasting of FPA type of metrics for program performance

• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual forecasting and variance analysis to financial plan including profitability and cash flow

• Creating/ Maintaining/Updating of Projects in SAP

• Ensuring EAC accuracy for all efforts under responsibility

• Work is performed with minimal supervision and the ideal candidate is able to mentor junior members of the team

• • Creation of Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables (Formats 1-5, 7).

• Creation and Review Variance reports with CAM input

• Creates and maintains program baseline budgets for performance measurement.

• Prepares moderately complex proposal cost estimates and pricing data.

• Provides support for internal and external audits for assigned programs.

• Create Ad Hoc analysis as needed

• Other duties as assigned by leadership
