Build and maintain relationships with assigned Optum customers Ensure renewal of current customers within assigned territory Cross-sell new products to current customers within assigned territory Generate qualified leads for other Optum product lines Work with assigned customers to understand customer needs and provide solutions to customer problems Work with Sales Manager to improve sales skills and ensure that productivity and other metrics are maintained Collaborate with other Sales Account Managers to share best practices Work with Product Management, Data Integrity, Customer Service and other internal departments to resolve customer issues Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks and drive continuous improvement. Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation. The hourly pay for this role will range from $22 - $48 per hour based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance.
