SCOPE OF ROLE: The Manufacturing Equipment Technician will serve as a technical resource supporting Finishing operations, with primary responsibility for ensuring the performance, reliability, and mechanical integrity of Filters Finishing equipment. This role will execute maintenance practices, troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical issues, and uphold equipment standards aligned with operational and quality requirements. The technician will support activities with external equipment vendors while aligning with Manufacturing Engineering, Finishing Value Stream team, and Facilities team, to maintain equipment‑uptime and reliability targets. High performance in this role will directly contribute to optimized asset utilization, reduced unplanned downtime, and sustained operational throughput. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: PROCESS DEVELOPMENT : This technician will execute the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program for production equipment within our Finishing operations. Responsibilities include supporitng vendor-performed maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to service intervals, and proactively managing critical spare‑parts inventory to sustain operational readiness. This technician will partner with Manufacturing Engineering to execute process improvement opportunities that drive improved machine performance, productivity gains, and/or cost reductions. Success in this role will be measured by improved uptime, machine functionality restoration time, process improvements, and sense of urgency to address production
