Associate Director – Life Sciences Delivery Lead Service Line: Digital Engineering Industry Focus: Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, Medical Devices) Level: Associate Director Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Life Sciences Delivery Lead to lead and scale digital engineering engagements for global Life Sciences clients. This role is responsible for delivering complex transformation programs, growing strategic accounts, driving engineering excellence, and building high-performing teams.The ideal candidate will combine deep Life Sciences domain knowledge with strong digital engineering leadership, enabling the successful delivery of modern product engineering, cloud, data, AI, and platform transformation initiatives. The role requires executive stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead distributed global teams while ensuring delivery excellence and business outcomes.

Client Leadership & Account Growth Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, business sponsors, and technology leaders.Build and strengthen executive relationships across existing and new client accounts.Identify and drive account growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of Digital Engineering services.Support proposals, solutioning, deal shaping, estimations, and client presentations.Contribute to annual revenue growth, pipeline development, and strategic account planning. Delivery & Program Leadership Own a portfolio of Life Sciences engagements with accountability for delivery excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.Lead large-scale digital transformation programs covering product engineering, platform modernization, cloud transformation, AI, data, automation, and integration initiatives.Establish robust governance frameworks, delivery metrics, risk management processes, and executive reporting mechanisms.Drive predictable delivery across scope, quality, schedule, budget, and business outcomes.Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory and quality requirements where applicable.
