Assist in the implementation of HR information systems and ensure data integrity for all employee-related records. Prepare and distribute reports on employee data as requested by HR management. Employee Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR processes and policies, providing timely and accurate information. Organize and manage employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture such as Talent Assimilation Program and Focus Group Discussion Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with various departments to gather information and provide support on HR-related initiatives.
