Job Category Product Job Details About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. We're looking for a Senior Director, Product Management to join the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) team — one of Salesforce's fastest-growing and most strategically important industry products. In this role, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for a core area of FSC, driving innovation at the intersection of AI, data, and deeply purpose-built financial services capabilities. You'll define what gets built, why it matters, and how it creates measurable value for banks, wealth managers, and insurance carriers globally — using AI as a core part of how you and your team work, not just what you build.
What You'll Do
Define and execute the end-to-end product roadmap for Financial Services Cloud — spanning banking (retail & commercial), wealth & asset management, and insurance Define and drive the product vision in alignment with FSC's strategic priorities, including Agentforce, Data Cloud integration, and agentic AI for financial workflows Design and orchestrate complex product workflows where AI agents integrate seamlessly into cross-functional team operations, driving efficiency and innovation at scale Contribute to building and maintaining shared product context — an explicit repository of product principles, constraints, user insights, and standards that enables AI to generate accurate, reliable, and actionable recommendations Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, GTM, and industry solutions teams through Salesforce's Agentic Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC) Deeply understand customer problems — partnering with design partners, field teams, and C-suite customers to validate pain points and solution hypotheses before engineering investment is committed Translate complex financial workflows (e.g., client onboarding, KYC/AML, loan origination, wealth planning, claims management) into scalable, product-ready requirements Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs (e.g., user research summaries, PRDs, roadmap suggestions) for correctness, quality, alignment with business goals, and user impact Represent FSC product direction at executive briefings, partner advisory boards, industry events, and with key customers Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Sales, and Marketing on launch strategy, field enablement, and ensuring product adoption at scale Champion the voice of the customer — driving a continuous feedback loop between the field and the product team Required Skills 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 12 years focused on enterprise SaaS and financial services and a proven track record of delivering complex technology products A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to product management — using AI to move faster, build fluency across the product lifecycle, and contribute well beyond traditional PM scope Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Copilot, etc.) in product workflows such as discovery, spec writing, competitive analysis, and stakeholder communication Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to write precise, structured prompts — and cultivate the product context that makes AI outputs reliable, strategic, and production-ready
