DIRECTOR and MARKETING OPERATIONS

The Director of Marketing is responsible for partnering with property and corporate leadership to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Horseshoe and Lady Luck Black Hawk. This role is accountable for the flawless execution of marketing initiatives and for fostering a culture of exceptional service and hospitality across all customer segments, driving loyalty, visitation, and sustainable revenue growth. The Director of Marketing collaborates closely with the Regional Vice President of Marketing, Enterprise Shared Services, and property operational leaders to design, implement, and execute integrated marketing programs. These programs include, but are not limited to, advertising, reputation management, entertainment, promotions, VIP events, off-site events, cross-property initiatives, and other strategic efforts focused on enhancing guest engagement and loyalty. Starting salary: $120,000 based on experience
