Principal, Students & Grads National Partnerships Team The National Partnerships team is seeking a Lead at the Principal Associate level, who will be responsible for the leadership of a team of 3 Event Leads. This team will be responsible for managing and overseeing 19 national partnerships and event strategies split out by regions across several job families. As the Lead, this individual will be responsible for setting the overall events strategy to support recruiting verticals as well as continuously improving event strategies and partnerships. They should constantly survey the national partnerships event landscape for emerging trends, and be comfortable testing and learning different approaches to reach diverse candidates. The Principal is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners and the recruiting team to create and adapt our events strategy into a meaningful candidate experience that attracts new talent to our organization and exposes them to the amazing Capital One culture. In this role you will also: Be hyper-focused on providing an exceptional candidate and associate/client experience with each and every event we host. Oversee event platform needs and strategy within Zoom, Handshake, and Eightfold; ensure tech strategy is providing a differentiated candidate experience. Measure impact. You will measure and track the success of the event strategy, analyze the return on the investment, and share findings with key stakeholders. Be a people manager for a team spread across multiple locations; help with their overall career development and provide guidance and coaching to help them be successful. Be a uniter. You will bring people from all over the company (from our most senior executives to our newest hires) together for a common goal and you will inspire people to want to travel with you on this journey. Work closely with the larger Students & Grads team to ensure a cohesive candidate experience throughout the full candidate journey.
