About our group
The SAP Applications team supports critical enterprise and manufacturing business processes across Seagate. The team partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver reliable SAP solutions, drive process improvements, and support operational excellence. As an SAP MM Intern, you will gain exposure to real-world SAP S/4HANA Materials Management processes and contribute to day-to-day support, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. About the role - you will:
Support SAP MM functional consultants in documentation, testing, issue tracking, and operational support activities. Assist with material master and vendor master validation and data quality checks. Support procurement-related processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, goods issue, and inventory activities. Help analyze business issues, gather requirements and supporting information, and assist with issue resolution under guidance. Prepare test scenarios, execute tests, record results, and support user acceptance testing activities. Document business processes, support procedures, and enhancement activities. Identify repetitive support activities and assist in documenting automation opportunities. About you:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn SAP S/4HANA Materials Management processes. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. Good documentation and organizational abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data. Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude. Your experience includes:
Basic understanding of SAP MM concepts including material master, vendor master, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inventory management, goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer, and purchasing processes. Academic exposure to ERP, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, information systems, or related disciplines. Interest in enterprise applications, business processes, and technology-driven problem solving. Exposure to data analysis, documentation, or process improvement activities is an advantage. Ability to work effectively with business users, IT teams, and senior consultants in a professional environment. Location:
