What you’ll do Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and reporting requirements. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance scorecards. Design, define, and standardize business KPIs, metrics, and reporting methodologies. Analyze enterprise data residing in Hadoop-based platforms using SQL, Hive, Presto/Trino, or similar technologies. Develop interactive dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI. Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by validating data and KPI calculations. Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams to understand data models, improve data quality, and support reporting requirements. Apply visualization best practices and data storytelling techniques to communicate complex information effectively. Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and continuously improve analytics solutions. Document business requirements, KPI definitions, and reporting logic to support governance and standardization. Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership. What you need to bring Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable KPIs, dashboards, and analytical solutions. Strong SQL skills with experience querying enterprise data in Hadoop environments (Hive, Presto/Trino, Spark SQL, or similar). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, Power Query, and dashboard development. Strong understanding of enterprise data models, data warehousing concepts, and business performance metrics. Experience with data visualization best practices and executive-level dashboard design. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, Python, and data governance tools is desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.

Required: PhD degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or equivalent preferred. Or Master´s Degree in these areas and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
