The Senior Manager, Content Production, Learning Experience & Design will lead the strategy, operating model, and team responsible for creating scalable, engaging learning content for Autodesk’s global workforce. This leader will build a connected learning content ecosystem centered on rapid video production, modular microlearning, compelling storytelling, personalization, and learning in the flow of work. Operating as an internal studio, this role will oversee the full content delivery lifecycle , from intake and concept development through production, distribution, measurement, and optimization. The leader will translate complex business priorities into accessible, relevant learning experiences for individual contributors, managers, and leaders.
Responsibilities
Define and lead Autodesk’s enterprise learning content strategy across video, microlearning, personalization, and emerging formats Contribute to building an integrated talent development ecosystem that improves content discovery, reuse, scalability, and relevance across platforms and channels Establish content standards, governance, production principles, and prioritization criteria Apply a product mindset focused on learner needs, rapid iteration, adoption, and measurable impact Lead the development of video, animation, microlearning, podcasts, simulations, digital resources, and collaboration on the design and delivery of live or immersive experiences Establish a rapid-production model that reduces time from business need to learner-ready content while maintaining quality Oversee the end-to-end production process, including briefs, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, post-production, accessibility, localization, and distribution Champion storytelling and edutainment approaches that make complex topics relevant, memorable, and actionable Create repeatable formats, templates, and production methods for enterprise initiatives and in-the-flow-of-work learning Ensure content reflects Autodesk’s brand, voice, values, and accessibility standards Integrate AI across discovery , ideation, scripting, storyboarding, editing, localization, and optimization Evaluate and implement AI-enabled video and content tools that improve speed, quality, scale, and production efficiency Establish responsible practices and quality controls for AI-assisted and AI-generated content Translate enterprise priorities into cohesive learning journeys and content experiences Design experiences across leadership and manager development, onboarding, AI, critical skills, culture, and transformation Embed learning into workflows, leader rhythms, internal channels, and critical employee moments Apply human-centered design through learner research, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, and iteration Connect learning experiences to measurable capability and performance outcomes Build and manage an efficient production pipeline from intake and prioritization through launch and optimization Establish roadmaps , capacity plans, workflows, and service levels Manage budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and delivery risks Develop a network of internal and external production partners, subject-matter experts, and creative resources Prioritize work based on enterprise value, learner impact, urgency, scalability, and strategic alignment Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of content creators, video producers, learning experience designers, and program leaders Build capabilities in storytelling, video production, microlearning, AI-enabled creation, and agile delivery Cultivate a studio culture
