The Brook – Dupont, located in Louisville, KY, is an 88-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for adults. Website: https://thebrookhospitals.com/ Universal Health Services (UHS), a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services with over 540 facilities nationwide, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Medical Officer (CMO) / Medical Director to oversee psychiatric services at one of our standalone Behavioral Health facilities in the Southeast region. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. Oversee inpatient, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services for both child and adolescent, as well as adult populations. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and UHS policies. Participate in strategic planning and development of new programs and services.

Qualifications
Qualifications: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified in Psychiatry; Child & Adolescent Psychiatry certification is a plus. Active medical license or eligibility for licensure in the state. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in psychiatry. Previous leadership experience in a psychiatric setting, overseeing inpatient Psychiatrist preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
