Based at our Suttontown manufacturing facility, the HSE Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the HSE team, ensuring the effective management of health, safety, and environmental systems across the site. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will support our drive toward a culture of zero incidents, accurate compliance, and continuous improvement. How you will contribute You will: Maintain, digitalise, and organise HSE registers, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Support site HSE standards by managing compliance evidence, risk assessments, and legal/license tracking Drive HSE communication, safety campaigns, and engagement initiatives across the site Manage training matrices, records, and scheduling to meet compliance requirements Monitor and follow up on open HSE actions, report progress, and support weekly/monthly data reporting and environmental submissions Coordinate and schedule site inspections, health checks, and Gemba walks Support HSE procurement, budget tracking, and purchase request documentation Track and manage workers compensation claims, documentation, and insurer communication What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Essential: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent) Previous experience in an HSE administrative or coordination role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment Knowledge of South Australian WHS legislation and relevant codes of practice Familiarity with workers compensation processes and return-to-work coordination Experience with HSE management systems and action-tracking tools Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience supporting safety initiatives, improvement projects, and employee-engagement activities Desirable: Certificate IV in Return-to-Work Coordination (or equivalent) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Formal training in incident investigation, risk management, or HSE systems
