Acting as a trusted adviser to ISD Asia Regional Delivery Leader (RDL) and the Asia Leadership Team, this role drives executive communications, employee engagement, organisational storytelling, and thought leadership to strengthen ISD's visibility, relevance, and business impact across Microsoft Asia.   The role translates complex business, technology, AI, and transformation initiatives into compelling, outcome-focused stories that help stakeholders understand how ISD accelerates customer success and Microsoft's strategic priorities. It owns the end-to-end communications strategy, including executive messaging, leadership events, organisational change communications, employee engagement campaigns, customer success storytelling, and GTM narratives.   A critical focus of the role is positioning ISD as Microsoft's trusted transformation and delivery partner by showcasing customer outcomes, AI-first delivery, Frontier Transformation, and business innovation through high-impact content, executive briefings, thought leadership, and reusable customer success assets. Success in this position requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to synthesise complex information into compelling narratives that influence decision-making and drive outcomes.   The Executive Office and Strategic Engagement Lead, Asia will form a critical part of the ISD Asia Business Management function, reporting into the ISD Asia Business Manager Lead.

Key Accountabilities:   Executive Narrative & Leadership Enablement Serve as the strategic communications advisor to the Asia ISD RDL and the RDL Leadership team, shaping business and leadership narratives, and delivering executive communications that align to business priorities and organisational objectives. Develop leadership messaging, speeches, presentations, briefing materials, talking points, executive events, and thought leadership content while ensuring a consistent and compelling leadership voice across all channels.   Communications Strategy, Employee Engagement & Change Communications Own the end-to-end strategy for Asia ISD community identity, leadership visibility, culture initiatives and organisation storytelling. Translating business priorities into integrated communication plans that drive understanding, alignment, and engagement. Lead employee communications across key channels and transformation initiatives, ensuring clear, inclusive, and impactful communications that support organisational change, culture, and business outcomes.   Narrative Development, Storytelling & Thought Leadership   Shape the Asia ISD narrative by translating business strategy, creating compelling stories that connect customer transformation, Industry relevance, AI innovation, delivery excellence, and Microsoft's strategic priorities. Develop executive, customer, partner, and employee-facing content that
