The opportunity
To achieve this, we are seeking for an AI Consulting Manager to join our Data and AI Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Europe Central (EC) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Data & AI projects that help clients turn business challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
Help clients embed responsible AI, data governance, security, and regulatory considerations into their solutions and ways of working.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, build trusted relationships, and guide them through their Data & AI transformation journey.
Manage day-to-day project delivery, including timelines, milestones, risks, quality, budget tracking, and client updates.
Bring together multidisciplinary teams across consulting, data, AI, architecture, technology, and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Coach junior colleagues, review work, and help team members develop strong consulting, delivery, and client-facing skills.
Support the design and delivery of Data & AI solutions, from early problem framing through testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to proposals, presentations, solution ideas, and reusable assets that help grow EY’s Data & AI practice.
Stay curious and up to date on AI, generative AI, analytics, cloud, delivery methods, and relevant regulatory developments.
Skills and Attributes for Success
7+ years of experience in Data & AI, technology consulting, digital transformation, or technology-led business change.
A strong technical foundation, ideally in computer science, engineering, data science, information systems, or a related field.
Good understanding of AI, generative AI, analytics, data platforms, cloud services, automation, and emerging technologies.
Ability to turn business needs into clear use cases and practical solution requirements.
Experience working with clients and teams to manage priorities, delivery progress, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
Awareness of responsible AI, data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory considerations for AI-enabled solutions.
Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to coach junior colleagues, review deliverables, and contribute to proposals and practice development.
It will be considered a plus if you have experience in:
AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, model risk management, EU AI Act readiness, or data governance operating models.
Cloud data and AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including their analytics, AI, and integration services.
Generative AI solutions, copilots, intelligent automation, conversational AI, knowledge management, or enterprise AI adoption programmes.
Agile delivery, product ownership, change enablement, adoption planning, and benefits tracking for technology-enabled transformation.
Building reusable consulting assets, methodologies, accelerators, and market-facing offerings for Data & AI services.
