Resolve complex network and telephony protocol challenges, provide authoritative technical direction that shapes team strategy, and influence business outcomes through data-driven insights. Mentor engineering talent to elevate team capabilities, build strategic partnerships, and drive technical and business strategy by setting team priorities and defining approaches that deliver measurable results.

Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field and five years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skills: (1) Voice and Data communications protocols with advanced VoIP/SIP; (2) network architecture and telephony systems design; (3) experience architecting and managing telephony routing systems including SBCs, media gateways, routing engines, and open-source VoIP platforms; (4) diagnose and resolve complex voice quality, DTMF, and signaling issues across enterprise-scale telecom networks; (5) translating functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, implementing robust cloud architecture frameworks, and driving operational efficiency through automation and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
