Position: IP Counsel Location: Bengaluru/Pune   Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer to manage and safeguard the company’s IP portfolio across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves strategic oversight of IP assets, handling complex IP transactions, and ensuring compliance with global IP laws. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Commercial IP transactions along with the ability to collaborate across internal teams. Key Responsibilities:͏

The person would be associated with IP Legal Team, and would require collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Business and internal Innovation teams. Responsible for drafting, managing and provide advice on software licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements (SaaS/PaaS/Cloud), MSA/LOI/MOU, Alliance agreements, IP clauses in MSA, SOW and other IP agreements. Recommend and assist Business with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating wide range of technology contracts. Work with external legal counsels on a need basis. Well versed with IP laws such as patents, copyright, trademark and trade secrets.
