Overview of the organization : The COO Enterprise Solution Engineering capability is responsible for the development of best-in-class technology platforms for Operations, including development of an integrated portfolio of Operations tools, end-to-end solution design for large scale transformation initiatives, design governance, and adoption of Generative AI solutions for driving operational efficiencies.

We are hiring a Technology Director to lead the design and development of a critical Cash & Intraday Liquidity Management platform. This is a senior level position that will provide leadership for the development of a platform that sits at the intersection of engineering ambition and real-world financial impact — for a wide range of internal and external consumers. The technology lead will be  responsible for leading variety of architectural and engineering activities including the analysis of functional requirements, solutions design, evaluation of different options and presenting comparative analysis along with recommendation to senior stakeholders. Individual will apply in-depth domain knowledge of financial services to grasp all facets of the multiple dimensional business problems and develop solution options. The individual will lead a team of technical business analysts, data analysts, and solution architects to deliver solution design for real-world business problems. This high performing team designs enterprise-wide solutions for critical business needs leveraging solutions, business, technical, and data architecture.  Key stakeholders include operations teams, product teams and application development teams from different LoBs & functions within the organization. These engagements are global.  Responsibilities : Develop solution design options for enterprise-wide initiatives, evaluate the art of the possible, and devise recommendation options across several evaluation dimensions Recruit, build and manage a high-performance team of business analysts, data analysts, and solution architects Establish collaborative partnerships with local and global teams to deliver enterprise-wide innovative but pragmatic solutions Define and maintain cohesive front-to-back system architecture across Central Operations to reduce
