Designs limited enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of systems software, including operating systems, compliers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools. Analyzes design and determines coding, programming, and integration activities required based on specific objectives and established project guidelines. Executes and writes portions of testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs issues with code and suggests changes or improvements. Participates as a member of project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem. Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution. What you need to bring: Technical Leads (6–12 Years Experience) – PHY Driver Development Are you passionate about high-speed networking and PHY development? We’re looking for experienced Technical Leads with strong domain expertise in Ethernet PHY driver development across: 1G / 10G / 40G / 100G / 400G / 800G Experience with Broadcom ASICs or proprietary ASICs from leading vendors such as Nokia and Cisco Strong programming skills in C / C++ / Python Solid debugging and problem-solving skills Hands-on bring-up experience and system-level understanding Ownership mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude and commitment to delivery Ideal candidates will have: Deep understanding of PHY/MAC interactions Experience in low-level driver development and hardware debugging Familiarity with high-speed interfaces, optics, and SERDES Exposure to system validation and customer issue debugging If you’re someone who thrives in challenging environments, enjoys solving complex hardware-software integration issues, and is ready to take ownership — let’s connect! .
