Strategic Leadership Develop and implement architectural strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term objectives for architectural projects. Project Oversight Lead and oversee multiple architectural projects from concept to completion. Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Management Supervise and mentor a team of architects, designers, and project managers. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities. Design Excellence Drive creative and sustainable design solutions that meet client and community needs. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Advocate for cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in architectural design. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Prepare proposals and participate in client presentations. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences. Operational Efficiency Monitor resource allocation and optimize workflows within the architecture team. Implement best practices for project delivery and risk management.

Education BOA Singapore recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional licensure (e.g., RA, RIBA, or equivalent) is often required.

8 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and teams. Technical Expertise Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools). Strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, and construction methodologies. Leadership and Communication Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
