Organizational Overview: Our analytics organization comprises of data analysts who focus on enabling strategies to enhance customer and partner experience and optimize business performance through data management and development of full stack descriptive to prescriptive analytics solutions using cutting edge technologies thereby enabling business growth Role Summary/Purpose: AVP, Co-Brand & Enterprise Lifecycle Marketing Analytics (Individual Contributor) role is a part of India Analytics Hub (IAH). The role will deliver on business and organizational priorities for Lifecycle Marketing, solve business problems with solutions that are powered by data and analytics. The model candidate must exhibit thought leadership, be a hands on problem solver who can deliver actionable insights on Lifecycle Marketing Initiatives across the business, recommend best practices and solutions that drive better customer experience and improve Marketing ROI. Key Responsibilities: • Lead analytics projects/solutions from scoping to delivery and solve business problems through basic to advanced analytics/data science streams, as applicable • Hands on Develop and Maintain dashboards , proactively showcase insights on customer lifecycle • Support strategic initiatives and analytic solutions building from planning to execution, as assigned time to time • Establish a strong partnership with stakeholders through consistent delivery, transparency and problem solving mindset • Mentor team members on analytical, technical and functional subject matters Required Skills/Knowledge: • Minimum 4+ years of hands on Experience in SQL / SAS /Open Source Tools with ability to leverage advanced algorithms and be efficient in handling complex / large data • Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in project management with Ability to independently formulate objectives, lay out key milestones, deliver with high accuracy • Ability to see a business process as a synergy of multiple functions & create / connect KPIs • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to collaborate ,articulate and present solutions cutting across functional teams in a simple yet compelling manner Desired Skills/Knowledge: • Experience in managing People; Coordinates work, supervises & evaluates performance, ensures employees are trained • Identify opportunities to deploy existing analytics solutions at scale and reduce time to market • Knowledge of latest tools and techniques with ability to build proof of concepts • Negotiate complex matters amidst conflicting sources of information and diverse opinions in alignment with Synchrony’s Core values and Culture Eligibility Criteria: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or any other quantitative streams with 4+ years of hands-on relevant analytics/data science experience(Distance learning not valid) , or in lieu of a degree 6+ years of relevant analytics/data science experience Work Timings: This role qualifies for Enhanced
