Job Title: Asset Based Financing Europe Location: London Corporate Title : Vice President Asset Based Financing (ABF) Europe is a primary origination business that provides asset financing and Asset Backed Securities (ABS) capital markets solutions to clients.  It is a mature Franchise to longstanding relationships, and multiple facilities. The diverse nature of our client base (bank and non-bank financials) means that each deal is very different, involves operational and structural complexity and is extremely time intensive to ensure the appropriate level of diligence and monitoring is performed correctly. The Mortgage Finance business which you will join has a broad mandate to primarily finance portfolios backed by real estate assets. The offering includes revolving warehouses for non-bank platforms originating new mortgages and nonperforming loan (NPL) and real estate owned (REO) financing of non-core assets sold to private equity firms, as well as financing of unsecured NPLs for debt purchasers and private equity firms.
