Position Summary
This Marketing Coordinator position will work with the Director of Marketing to market the venue and events while creating and maintaining relationships with media and promotional partners. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in graphic design, advertising, interactive media, ticketing analysis, promotions, public relations, and grassroots efforts for events as assigned. This role pays an hourly rate of $19.00-$22.00. Benefits for Part-time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until November 6, 2026.

Located in the heart of Bismarck, the Bismarck Event Center is the region's premier destination for live entertainment, conventions, meetings, sporting events, and community gatherings. As the largest event and conference facility in western North Dakota, the venue hosts a diverse range of events each year, including concerts, trade shows, banquets, conferences, family shows, and special events. Responsibilities
Assist with event day activities, including but not limited to pre-event or on-site promotions, meet and greets, and media Assist the Director of Marketing with social media and digital placements Assist Director of Marketing in preparation of monthly corporate marketing reports and participate in monthly conference calls with other Oak View Group entities Coordinate marketing efforts between promoters, artist management and local media Develop and maintain relationships with third-party partners to promote events. Assist with all grassroots efforts, including poster & flyer distribution, community appearances and overall expansion of marketing campaigns to maximize event awareness and exposure Update website, marquee and in-arena digital display systems Coordinate communication channels such as email blasts, know-before-you-go content, and social media Assist with project coordination for student interns Perform graphic design using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Collaborate closely with the box office to ensure all event aspects are accurate and running accordingly. Interact with other Tucker Center departments when working on various projects Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Marketing, Public
