Selbstständige Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung (inkl. Reisekostenabrechnung) Personaladministration – Verwaltung der Ein- und Austritte Ansprechperson für arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtliche Fragestellungen sowie Kommunikation mit Behörden (z.B. Finanzamt, ÖGK) Erstellung verschiedener Statistiken (Datenaufbereitung, Datenauswertung und -analyse) Administrative Betreuung der Zeiterfassung und Abwesenheiten Das bringen Sie mit:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, HAS oder vergleichbares Niveau) Abgeschlossener Personalverrechnungskurs Einige Jahre Praxis in der Personalverrechnung von Vorteil Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insb. Excel) Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Genauigkeit, Diskretion und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein Selbständige Arbeitsweise

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben. Dieses beträgt je nach Qualifikation € 3449,10 brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit, 14mal jährlich).
