What role you will play in our team

In this role, you will provide SAP application support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and work closely with business users to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will analyze incidents, investigate root causes, and support integrations and data flows across systems. What you will do

•            Analyze, configure, and provide support for SAP QM and PP-PI modules •            Gather and understand business requirements from key users •            Execute unit testing and integration testing •            Maintain functional and technical documentation •            Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams About you

Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues effectively. Basic understanding of integrations and data flows. Previous experience with SAP support.

Previous experience in Supply Chain IT. Experience with ABAP. Experience with SAP QM is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong investigative and analytical mindset.
